Warehouses — Create, Edit & Delete

This guide covers managing Warehouses (physical fulfilment sites) in ParcelPilot.

Where: go to /admin/warehouses.

Create a warehouse

  1. Go to /admin/warehouses.
  2. Click Create warehouse.
  3. Enter the warehouse details:
    • Name and Code
    • Contact details (optional)
    • Address and Country
    • Timezone
  4. Set the Receiving / Goods-in location (inbound stock lands here first).
  5. Click Create.

Tip: Keep warehouse codes stable if referenced externally.

Edit a warehouse

  1. Open the warehouse.
  2. Update address/timezone and receiving defaults.
  3. Click Save.

Delete a warehouse

Warehouses can be deleted from the warehouse edit page.

Deleting a warehouse can affect locations, inventory, and reporting; only delete if you are sure it is no longer required.
