Items — Bulk & Line Actions

This page covers the actions on the main Items table.

Role lozenges show the normal access level for each action. Tenant/client scoping and record state can still hide an action in some cases.

Line actions

Edit Owner Ops Client: opens the item so you can update SKU data, dimensions, barcode, attributes, imagery, and active status.

Export CSV Owner Ops Client: exports the selected items, including stock summary columns shown on the table.
Re-import from source Owner Ops: refreshes selected items from their linked ecommerce platform. ParcelPilot uses the item's existing source/integration to decide where to re-import it from.
Delete Owner Ops: deletes the selected items where deletion is allowed. Items already referenced by historical order lines are skipped, and those rows should usually be set to Inactive instead.

Create Owner Ops Client: opens a new item form. It is shown to users who are allowed to create items.
