Locations — Bulk & Line Actions

This page covers the actions on the main Locations table.

Role lozenges show the normal access level for each action. Tenant/client scoping and record state can still hide an action in some cases.

Line actions

Edit Owner Ops: opens the location so you can update codes, purpose, storage type, pickable rules, and client reservation settings.

Generate Custom Sheet Labels Owner Ops: produces an A4 PDF using the chosen layout, arrow direction, and optional title, SKU, and QR settings. If a location holds multiple live SKUs, the label may intentionally omit item details to avoid printing misleading information.
Generate Shelf Labels Owner Ops: produces A4 shelf labels with an arrow direction for the selected locations.
Generate Bin Labels Owner Ops: produces A4 bin labels for the selected locations.
Export locations (CSV) Owner Ops: exports the selected locations and a snapshot of the stock currently in them, including stock grouped by location and item plus serial numbers where available.
Delete Owner Ops: deletes the selected locations. This is blocked when a location is still referenced by inventory units, so move or remove the stock first.

Create Owner Ops: opens a new location form. It is shown to users who are allowed to create locations.
Bulk create Owner Ops: opens the bulk location generator. It is only shown to users who are allowed to create locations.
