ParcelPilot Integration Help

These pages explain what information ParcelPilot needs for each e-commerce integration, where to find it in the platform admin, and where to enter it in ParcelPilot.

Carrier integrations

Carrier integrations live under Integrations → Carrier Integrations and have their own help pages:

Where to enter credentials in ParcelPilot

In the admin panel, go to Integrations → Client Integrations.

  1. Create (or edit) a Client Integration
  2. Choose the Platform
  3. The relevant credential fields will appear for that platform
  4. Enable “Push shipment confirmations (tracking) back to ecommerce platform” if you want ParcelPilot to create fulfillments / push tracking

Progress notes

The Amazon and Mirakl pages include:

  • What is already implemented in ParcelPilot
  • What credentials are required
  • What still needs to be built before each integration is considered complete

Notes:

  • Credentials and settings are stored encrypted at rest.
  • For live stores, start with the minimum permissions needed, then increase scopes only if required.
