Using Tables (Search, Filters, Columns)
Most ParcelPilot admin screens use a standard table UI.
Search
- Use the Search box above the table.
- You can usually search by common identifiers like order number, SKU, customer name, postcode, tracking number, etc.
- If results are unexpected, clear filters first (see below).
Filters
- Use the Filters button above the table.
- Apply one filter at a time when troubleshooting.
- Remove/clear filters if you think records are “missing”.
Sorting
- Click a column header to sort.
- Click again to reverse the sort order.
Column visibility
- Use the Columns button (sometimes shown as a settings icon).
- Turn columns on/off to reduce noise.
- Your column choices are usually remembered for that screen.
Pagination / page size
- Use the per-page selector (e.g. 25/50/100) when available.
- If you can’t find a record, increase the per-page size and re-search.
Bulk actions
Some tables support selecting multiple rows.
- Tick the checkbox next to each row (or use the header checkbox).
- Run a Bulk action from the bulk actions menu.
Quick troubleshooting checklist
If you think something “isn’t there”:
- Clear filters.
- Remove any search text.
- Increase rows-per-page.
- Check if there is a “Show Completed / Show Delivered / Show Cancelled” toggle.
