Operations Table Columns

Operations includes a few specialist screens rather than one single browse table. The main table-based report in this section is the Product Report, and its optional columns can be turned on from the column picker.

Product Report: default columns

• SKU: Shows the item SKU.
• Product: Shows the item name.
• On hand: Shows the quantity currently in stock.
• Reserved: Shows units reserved for orders.
• Available: Shows how much stock is available after reservations.
• Low stock threshold: Shows the low-stock warning level.
• Low stock delta: Shows on-hand minus the configured low-stock threshold.
• Demand (range): Shows order-based client sales demand in the selected date range. This includes qualifying pre-go-live history sales, excludes whole-order cancelled, virtual/non-physical, monitoring-only, and externally fulfilled orders, subtracts line-level cancelled quantity, and still includes valid unfulfilled, merged secondary, refunded, and B2B demand.
• Days cover: Shows an estimated days-of-stock figure based on selected-range demand using on hand stock.
• Days since last sale: Shows how many days have elapsed since the most recent positive demand order for the SKU.

Product Report: optional columns

• Last sold at: Shows the most recent order date that still contributes positive client sales demand for the SKU.
• Demand/day (range): Shows the average daily order-based client sales demand rate for the selected date range.
• Days cover (3m): Shows an estimated days-of-stock figure based on trailing 3-month demand using on hand stock.
• Days cover (6m): Shows an estimated days-of-stock figure based on trailing 6-month demand using on hand stock.
• Vs last year: Shows the selected-range change versus the same period last year using the same demand policy. It highlights absolute unit change, distinguishes no comparable history from a real zero baseline, and stays hidden by default.
• Vs previous: Shows the selected-range change versus the immediately preceding equivalent window using the same demand policy. It highlights absolute unit change, distinguishes no comparable history from a real zero baseline, and stays hidden by default.
• Rolling rates: Shows raw 30-day, 90-day, and 180-day historical daily demand rates anchored to the selected report end date. This is a historical rate view only, not a forecast label.
• Seasonal history: Shows same calendar month last year and same calendar quarter last year facts anchored to the selected report end date. This remains a raw historical calendar reference, not a seasonal forecast label.
• Promotion evidence: Shows order-level historical promotion evidence for the SKU.
• Demand events: Shows named-event historical evidence for the SKU.

Product Report no longer renders the broad selected-range historical summary above the table by default. The default screen stays focused on SKU-level stock and recency decisions, while historical comparison columns remain available from the column picker when needed.
