Shipments — Bulk & Line Actions

This page covers the actions on the main Shipments table.

Role lozenges show the normal access level for each action. Tenant/client scoping and record state can still hide an action in some cases.

Line actions

View Owner Ops Client: opens the shipment in read-only view mode.
Edit Owner Ops: opens the shipment so you can review tracking, labels, and metadata.
Download Label Owner Ops: fetches and stores the Royal Mail label PDF for that shipment. It is only shown for Royal Mail Click & Drop shipments that already have the Royal Mail reference needed to fetch the label.
Mark as packed Owner Ops: stamps the shipment as packed. It is only shown while the shipment has not already been packed.
Re-sync Tracking Owner Ops: queues a push of the shipment tracking details back to the ecommerce platform. It needs a linked order, an enabled ecommerce integration, shipment confirmation pushing turned on, and a tracking number. If the shipment row does not yet have a tracking number, ParcelPilot tries to recover one from the stored label data first.
Check tracking Owner Ops: polls the carrier tracking feed immediately and updates the shipment status if needed. It is hidden once tracking is final and only appears when the shipment has enough tracking context to poll the carrier.

Delete Owner Ops: deletes the selected shipments. It is hidden from client users.
Update tracking status Owner Ops: runs a tracking refresh for the selected shipments now. Shipments you cannot update and shipments already in a final tracking state are skipped.
Deep refresh tracking Owner Ops: runs a deeper tracking refresh for the selected shipments. It follows the same skip rules as normal tracking refresh and is mainly useful when the normal tracking source is behind.
Set shipment status Owner Ops: manually overrides the shipment status in bulk. You must pick the new status first.
Download labels (PDF) Owner Ops: combines selected label files into one PDF where possible, or a ZIP when non-PDF labels are included. Shipments without stored label files are skipped. It is hidden from client users.

Create Manual Shipment Owner Ops: opens a manual shipment form. It is hidden from client users.
Inbound Pickup Shipments Owner Ops: opens the inbound collection shipment list.
Show Delivered Shipments Owner Ops Client: adds delivered shipments back into the list when they are currently hidden.
Show Cancelled Shipments Owner Ops Client: adds cancelled shipments back into the list when they are currently hidden.
