Use Orders to view, manage, and fulfil customer orders (manual orders and ecommerce-imported orders).

Common tasks
- Find an order by order number, customer name, postcode, or SKU.
- Check payment / channel status from the ecommerce platform.
- Create shipments and push tracking back to the ecommerce platform.
Notes
- Completed orders are hidden by default; use Show Completed Orders when needed.
- Some orders may be “merged” for fulfilment; tracking can be pushed to multiple upstream orders.
- You can’t delete orders that already have shipments.
