Orders

Use Orders to view, manage, and fulfil customer orders (manual orders and ecommerce-imported orders).

Guides

Common tasks

  • Find an order by order number, customer name, postcode, or SKU.
  • Check payment / channel status from the ecommerce platform.
  • Create shipments and push tracking back to the ecommerce platform.

Notes

  • Completed orders are hidden by default; use Show Completed Orders when needed.
  • Some orders may be “merged” for fulfilment; tracking can be pushed to multiple upstream orders.
  • You can’t delete orders that already have shipments.
