Stock Counts — Bulk & Line Actions

This page covers the actions on the main Stock Counts table.

Role lozenges show the normal access level for each action. Tenant/client scoping and record state can still hide an action in some cases.

Line actions

• View Owner Ops: opens the stock count record.
• Correct Owner Ops: creates a new corrective stock count and inventory adjustment for the same inventory unit. It does not overwrite the original stock count.
• Void Owner Ops: voids the stock count and creates a reversal adjustment so the audit trail stays intact. It is only shown while the stock count has not already been voided and requires a reason.

Bulk actions

• There are currently no bulk actions on the main Stock Counts table.

Buttons

• Stock Counts Help Owner Ops: opens the help guide for stock counts.
