Items Table Columns

Commodity code: Shows the customs or tariff code, if one is saved.
Country of origin: Shows the item's origin country.
Reserved: Shows the total quantity already reserved.
Available: Shows the total quantity still available to allocate.
Units/carton: Shows the standard units-per-carton value.
Cost: Shows the stored cost price.
Created at: Shows when the item record was created.
Updated at: Shows when the item record was last updated.

This table shows the main product catalogue for each client. Optional columns can be turned on from the column picker.

Default columns

Client: Shows which client the item belongs to for roles that can see multiple clients.
Image: Shows the main product image.
SKU: Shows the product SKU.
DG: Shows whether the item is marked as dangerous goods.
Item: Shows the product name.
On-hand: Shows the total quantity currently in stock.
Price ex VAT: Shows the selling price before VAT.
VAT: Shows the VAT code used for the item.
Allocation: Shows how stock is allocated for the item.
Active: Shows whether the item is active.
