Collections Table Columns

This table shows collection requests and their current progress. Optional columns can be turned on from the column picker.

Default columns

• Created by: Shows who created the collection.
• Created at: Shows when the collection was created.
• Collection order number: Shows the main collection reference.
• Client: Shows which client the collection belongs to.
• Customer: Shows the supplier or customer the stock is being collected from.
• Status: Shows the current collection status.
• Pickup shipment: Shows the linked pickup shipment or tracking reference, if one exists.

Optional columns

• Serials: Shows serial numbers captured on the collection lines.
• Pickup postcode: Shows the pickup postcode.
• Receipts: Shows any linked receipts created from the collection.
• Receipt match: Shows whether the linked receipts line up with the collection.
• Booked at: Shows when the collection shipment was booked.
