Carrier Integrations — Create, Edit & Delete

Use Integrations → Carrier Integrations to configure shipping carriers.

Create a carrier integration

  1. Go to Integrations → Carrier Integrations.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Select the Client.
  4. Choose the Carrier / Platform.
  5. Fill in the carrier credentials.
  6. (Optional) Configure:
    • allowed services / service codes
    • any auto-service rules (if supported)
    • split limits (see below)
  7. Enable the carrier integration.
  8. Click Create.

Tip: the page header includes carrier-specific help actions. These are quick links to setup instructions.

Edit a carrier integration

  1. Open the carrier integration.
  2. Update fields as needed.
  3. Click Save.

Test Connect

On the edit page, use Test Connect to validate the credentials against the carrier.

What it does:

  • Attempts a live connection using the saved credentials.
  • Shows a success/failure notification (and the carrier error message, if any).

Split limits (multi-label / splitting)

Carrier integrations can define per-shipment limits:

  • Max items per shipment
  • Max weight (grams) per shipment

These limits are used to:

  • estimate how many parcels/labels an order will need (Orders list Suggested shipping column)
  • split orders into multiple labels/shipments when required by the carrier

Delete a carrier integration

If you’re retiring a carrier integration, prefer disabling it so historical shipments remain clear.

If you do delete it:

  1. Open the carrier integration.
  2. Use Delete.
