Actions
Test Connect
On the edit page, use Test Connect to validate the credentials against the carrier.
What it does:
- Attempts a live connection using the saved credentials.
- Shows a success/failure notification (and the carrier error message, if any).
Split limits (multi-label / splitting)
Carrier integrations can define per-shipment limits:
- Max items per shipment
- Max weight (grams) per shipment
These limits are used to:
- estimate how many parcels/labels an order will need (Orders list Suggested shipping column)
- split orders into multiple labels/shipments when required by the carrier
Delete a carrier integration
If you’re retiring a carrier integration, prefer disabling it so historical shipments remain clear.
If you do delete it:
- Open the carrier integration.
- Use Delete.
