Items (Product Catalogue / SKUs)
Use Items to manage your product catalogue (SKU master data) for each client.
This is where you store product information like SKU, name, barcode, weights, dimensions, serialised flag, images, and ecommerce metadata.
Items vs Inventory (important)
Items = what the product is.
- SKU / name / barcode
- Weight & dimensions (used for shipping and cartonisation)
- Product metadata (attributes, tags, vendor, etc)
Inventory Units = how much stock you have and where it is.
- On-hand / reserved / available quantities
- Location / warehouse
- Serials (for serialised products)
Editing an Item does not move stock or change quantities — it only changes the product record.
Common tasks
- Add/edit product details (SKU, weight, dimensions, serialised).
- Attach an image to help picking/packing.
- Import/pull products from an eCommerce platform.
Guides

- Import Items from eCommerce (Pull Products)
Notes
- Items are scoped to a client (and tenant).
- Some item settings are stored in the background as advanced item details, so you may see them grouped into separate sections in the form even though they are saved as part of the same item record.
