Additional Services — Bulk & Line Actions

This page covers the actions on the main Additional Services table.

Role lozenges show the normal access level for each action. Tenant/client scoping and record state can still hide an action in some cases.

Line actions

• Edit Owner Ops: opens the additional service so you can update the code, price, quantity, description, or service date.
• Delete Owner Ops: removes that single additional service record. Deleting an additional service removes that charge or credit from future reporting, so check the billing month before deleting historical rows.

Bulk actions

• Delete Owner Ops: deletes the selected additional service records in one go. Use this carefully if the rows have already been used in monthly billing review.

Buttons

• Create Owner Ops: opens a new additional service form. It is shown to users who are allowed to create additional services.
• Additional Services Help Owner Ops: opens the help guide for additional services.
