Inventory Units Table Columns

This table shows where stock is stored and how much is available. Optional columns can be turned on from the column picker.

Default columns

• Client: Shows which client the stock belongs to for roles that can see multiple clients.
• SKU: Shows the item SKU.
• Item: Shows the item name.
• Warehouse: Shows which warehouse the stock is in.
• Location: Shows the exact storage location.
• On hand: Shows the quantity physically in stock at that location.
• Reserved: Shows how much of that stock is already allocated.
• Status: Shows the inventory unit status.

Optional columns

• Low stock threshold: Shows the low-stock warning level set on the item.
• Serial: Shows the serial number for serial-tracked stock.
• Batch: Shows the batch or lot reference, if one is recorded.
• Qty: Shows the raw quantity value.
• Created at: Shows when the inventory unit row was created.
