Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a quick overview of what’s happening in your tenant/client: operational activity, exceptions that need attention, and at-a-glance performance indicators.
For the current role-based operational dashboard and widget meanings, start with Morning Board: general/morning-board.
Exactly what you see can vary by tenant configuration and permissions.
What the Dashboard is for
Use the Dashboard to:
- Spot work that needs action today (e.g. orders waiting, exceptions, failures)
- Monitor volume trends without running reports
- Quickly confirm the system is operating normally (integrations, shipments, queues)
Common sections you may see
Depending on your setup, the Dashboard may include:
- Operational counts (e.g. orders created, orders awaiting processing, shipments created)
- Exceptions (e.g. failed imports, address issues, label failures)
- Inventory signals (e.g. low stock items, discrepancies)
- Returns/receiving activity (if enabled)
If a widget is missing, it may be disabled for your tenant or you may not have permission.
Tips
- Use the Dashboard as a starting point, then click through to the underlying list page to take action.
- If numbers look “too high” or “too low”, check whether they are:
- Tenant-wide vs client-specific
- Based on “today”, a rolling window, or a specific status
Troubleshooting
“My Dashboard is empty”
- Confirm you have access to at least one client (if your tenant is client-scoped).
- Check permissions.
- If you recently changed tenant/client, reload the page.
“Counts don’t match what I expect”
- Check whether filters/statuses differ from the list page you’re comparing against.
- Confirm time zone assumptions (some widgets may use server time vs local time).
