Stock Counts Table Columns

This table shows completed stock counts and the adjustments they created. Optional columns can be turned on from the column picker.

Default columns

• Counted: Shows when the stock count was recorded.
• Reason: Shows why the count was carried out.
• Location: Shows where the stock was counted.
• SKU: Shows the item SKU.
• Serial: Shows the serial number, if one applies.
• Expected: Shows the quantity the system expected.
• Actual: Shows the quantity that was actually counted.
• Δ: Shows the difference between expected and actual.
• Source: Shows the related source record or reference for the adjustment.

Optional columns

• Item: Shows the item name.
• Counted By: Shows who performed the count.
• Notes: Shows any notes saved against the stock count.
