Locations Table Columns

This table shows the storage locations available in each warehouse. Optional columns can be turned on from the column picker.

Default columns

• Tenant: Shows which tenant owns the location for users who can see cross-tenant data.
• Warehouse: Shows which warehouse the location belongs to.
• Location: Shows the location code.
• Purpose: Shows what the location is used for.
• Storage Type: Shows the storage format used for the location.
• Pickable: Shows whether stock can be picked from this location.
• Mixed Items: Shows whether different SKUs can be stored together here.
• Capacity: Shows the location capacity setting.

Optional columns

• Reserved Client: Shows whether the location is reserved for one client.
• Total Quantity: Shows the current total stock quantity stored in that location.
