Impersonation

Impersonation lets admins temporarily act as another user/client to troubleshoot.

How it works

• Starting impersonation stores session state.
• While impersonating, tenant/client scoping should behave like the target user.

Safety

• Always exit impersonation when finished.
• Avoid making irreversible changes while impersonating unless required.
