Clients — Create, Edit & Delete
Clients represent your customer accounts (who you fulfil for).
Where: go to Administration → Clients.
Create
Create a new client (a customer you fulfil for).
Create a client
- Go to Administration → Clients.
- Click New client.
- Enter the client details:
- Tenant if your role can choose one
- Client name and Code
- Operating mode
- Contact and address details as needed
- Click Create.
What to prepare
- Client name and contact details.
- Delivery address defaults.
- Warehouse/client scoping expectations (tenant).
After creating
- Configure Branding (labels, PDFs).
- Configure Delivery note footer.
- Configure Pricing & tariffs for Monthly Operations.
- Configure Integrations (ecommerce platforms).
Notes:
- Billing address is the same as delivery is enabled by default on create.
- Super-admin and admin users can choose the Tenant unless they are impersonating; other supported roles create clients inside their own tenant.
Edit
Client settings control branding, PDFs, billing configuration, and operational rules.
Operating mode
- Use Active for normal warehouse clients.
- Use Suspended - monitoring only when a client is temporarily paused but integrations must keep importing orders for monitoring.
- Use Archived when the client should remain on record but stay out of normal live operational views.
