Edit Client
Client settings control branding, PDFs, billing configuration, and operational rules.
Operating mode
- Active: orders can import and enter live warehouse work normally.
- Suspended - monitoring only: integrations stay connected and orders can still import for visibility, but those orders are blocked from reservation, picking, shipment creation, warehouse notifications, and live operational KPI queues.
- Archived: the client is kept for history and is hidden from live operational views.

Warehouse assignments and inbound defaults
- Warehouse assignments control which warehouses the client is allowed to use.
- Default warehouse is the active assigned warehouse ParcelPilot can preselect for future inbound workflows.
- Default inbound location is the preferred receipt/return location inside the selected warehouse.
- See Warehouse assignments & inbound defaults.
Branding
- Logo and colour settings affect client-facing PDFs and branded outputs.
Delivery note footer
- Footer content is appended to PDF delivery notes.
- Keep content short and tested (PDF rendering can be sensitive).
Pricing / Tariffs
- Pricing configuration is used by Monthly Operations to calculate charges.
- If Monthly Operations is blocked, check this section first.
Shipping rules (concept)
If shipping behaviour isn’t as expected, confirm:
- Client integrations and carrier credentials are configured.
- Any client-specific defaults (service, label options) are correct.
