Support Tickets - Feature Requests

Use Feature request when you want to suggest an improvement to ParcelPilot.

Anyone who can raise a support ticket can submit a feature request. It remains a normal support ticket, so it keeps the requester, tenant, client, linked record context where available, created date, conversation history, replies, and attachments.

When you submit a feature request, describe the problem or use case rather than a technical design. Include:

  • what you would like ParcelPilot to help you do
  • how you handle it today
  • who would benefit
  • how often it comes up

Feature requests always reach ParcelPilot Support. If a client user submits one, it also goes to their tenant support team so both teams can add context in the same conversation.

Submitting a feature request does not mean it has been accepted onto the roadmap. ParcelPilot Support may ask for more information, identify existing functionality, mark it as a duplicate, decline it, consider it for the roadmap, or record that it has been added to the roadmap.

For now, Added to roadmap is an assessment outcome on the support ticket only. It does not automatically create or link a roadmap item.
